Ordering & Delivery

When we receive order details which you have placed on line, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming receipt of these details. Please note this is not confirmation that your order is in progress.

We will check that we have received everything we need from you in order to progress your order. You will then receive an email confirming that your order is in progress and has been submitted for production. This email will confirm when you can expect your order to be dispatched.


Silver jewellery is dispatched within 14 days from confirmation that your order is in progress. Silver items ordered using our express service are dispatched within 5 working days. Gold jewellery takes up to 8 weeks.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs. Non-express silver jewellery orders are delivered using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked post. Should you wish to receive your item by 1pm the next working day after dispatch, and to ensure that any loss or damage is compensated, please select the Special Delivery option when placing your order. Express orders are also delivered via Special Delivery as standard.

All orders for gold jewellery and our Lockets for Ashes range are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you to tell you your order has been dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account, or by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of the date of dispatch, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 084 2774 and we will assist you in tracking your order.
